NO RESON RETURN POLICY
For local deliveries, our policy lasts for 10 days; however, for deliveries outside of Ghana, it lasts for 30 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if this number of days have passed since your purchase.
Your item must be brand-new and in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packing.
There are some products that cannot be returned. A gift card provided by our online store is an example.
TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN
- We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase in order to process your return.
- Only partial refunds are given in the following circumstances, if applicable.
- Any item that is not in its original state, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons other than our error.
- Any item returned more than 10 or 30 days following delivery, as appropriate.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us.
Within a predetermined number of days of receiving your approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original mode of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or Mobile Money account.
Then contact your credit or debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank or Mobile Money Network Provider. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Items are only replaced if they are broken, faulty, or don't match what you ordered. Deliver us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or message us on WhatsApp at +233559354801, and send your item to Stunner Shoes Ghana, Afrifanom Street-GA-585-7150, Kumasi, if you need to exchange it for the identical item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive another product in value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
We will send the present giver a refund and let him know about your return if the item wasn't identified as a gift when it was purchased or the gift donor had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later.

The expense of your own shipping for returning your goods is your responsibility. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you get one.
The amount of time it takes for the exchanged item to get to you will depend on where you reside.
If you are sending an item that costs more than GHC 250.00, you might want to use a trackable shipping service or get shipping insurance. Our promise that we'll get your returned item is not a promise.
